Service scope

Turnkey Conference Room AV is prepared as a complete project route from brief to commissioning. We combine acoustic evaluation, sound system logic, AV infrastructure, documentation, equipment selection, installation coordination and final tuning. The exact scope depends on the venue and the systems required.

The task is not limited to selecting equipment from a catalogue. For professional venues the system has to match the room geometry, reverberation, audience area, architectural restrictions, electrical infrastructure and the way the venue is operated by non-technical staff.

We describe the intended result before equipment is purchased: what must be heard, seen, controlled, measured and maintained. This makes the technical proposal understandable for owners, architects, project managers and installers.

Engineering method

We start with floor plans, sections, ceiling heights, wall and ceiling materials, seating plan and the expected programme: speech, concerts, school events, conferences, theatre performances, background music or hybrid meetings. Where the acoustic behaviour of the room is important, we consider reverberation time, reflections, absorption, diffusion and the relation between natural acoustics and sound reinforcement.

For sound systems we evaluate loudspeaker placement, audience coverage, speech intelligibility, SPL reserve, amplifier channels, DSP processing, microphone types and the control position. For video systems we check viewing distance, image size, screen brightness, content format, signal routing and operator workflow. For lighting and stage technology we coordinate fixture positions, power, control protocols, rigging points, curtains, battens and safe access.

Technical result

The result is a coordinated engineering package that can be used for budgeting, procurement, installation and future maintenance. The documentation reduces the risk of purchasing unsuitable equipment and helps all project participants understand the same technical target.
